Qualifications
Familiarity with Real Estate Transactions practices, including navigating legal complexities.
Experience with Commercial Real Estate matters, including leases and related agreements.
Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and regulatory compliance specific to California markets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
At least one year of experience related to the representation of nonprofit and for‑profit entities, or public agencies, in the areas of affordable housing, community and economic development, and related fields.
Prior experience in public agency representation or affordable housing is a plus.
