Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California
Strong foundation and expertise in law, with a focus on construction and engineering
Previous litigation experience is a plus
Proficiency in providing legal advice and developing client-focused strategies
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research to support legal matters
Skilled in effective negotiation and dispute resolution
Strong verbal and written communication skillsProactive problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
