Licensed Agent Track
You hold an active GA, FL, PA, or NJ license in good standing. You're ready to grow and want the tools, referral network, and support to close more deals.
Agent-in-Training Track
You're enrolled in a GREC-approved Georgia pre-licensing course and within 90 days of your exam. Include your expected exam date when you apply.
What You'll Do
Run buyer and seller consultations
Show residential properties across Metro Atlanta
Build relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and real estate pros
Negotiate and manage transactions from contract to close
Stay current on Atlanta market trends and Georgia real estate law
Leverage Valor Strategy Group's insurance, financial, and legal partners to deliver more value to every client
What We're Looking For
Active GA, FL, PA, or NJ license — or active GREC pre-licensing enrollment within 90 days of exam
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
Organized and able to manage multiple clients and transactions
Committed to client-first service in the Metro Atlanta market
