Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chicago, IL, for a Financial Advisor Associate. The Financial Advisor Associate will assist in providing financial guidance to clients, focusing on financial planning, retirement planning, and investment strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analysis, creating customized wealth management plans, supporting clients with retirement and tax planning, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role also includes maintaining compliance with fiduciary standards and collaborating with team members to provide comprehensive financial advisory services.
Compensation range: $85,000-150,000
Qualifications
Expertise in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Investments
Knowledge in Finance and Financial Advisory services
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, client-focused environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFP certification is a plus)
Knowledge of tax planning and estate planning strategies is an advantage
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards for financial advisory firms
Must pass Series 65 exam within 30 days of employment
