Essential Responsibilities
Work closely with the Team Partners to learn all aspects of Family CFO business
Keep Partners informed on team and client issues
Manage relationships with CPA, Attorneys, and other third parties on services for clients including access, documents, and review and analysis
Prepare and/or review financial action plans and notes put together by team members
Participate in client meetings, following up with Advisor/Partner to understand client financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance through comprehensive consultations and assessments
Develop understanding of complex estate, tax planning, insurance needs, and investment-planning knowledge through training, client meetings, working with Advisors and Partners
Communicate details on clients’ financial position, moving into first‑line communication with client
Work with Partners to facilitate services for clients including investment management, retirement planning, education planning, tax and accounting services, insurance planning, banking and cash management, business planning, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies
Operate as Enterprise Service Team liaison working directly with departments on team training, adoption of key processes, and strategy implementation
Manage team projects such as AUM reporting and due diligence
Travel as necessary to meet with clients
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
CFP preferred but required within three years
3-5 years working with clients and serving as a Client Service Manager or industry equivalent role
Series 65 required, or achievement of license required within 60 days of employment
Experience monitoring and evaluating investments
Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Orion, Money Guide Pro preferred
