Overview
An AmLaw 100 Firm is seeking a Litigator in Chicago to focus on class-action brief writing. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience in an AmLaw firm or highly regarded litigation boutique with strong Class Action or Labor and Employment experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare substantive briefs and motions as part of a national Labor & Employment practice.
Focus on class-action brief writing and related litigation documentation.
Details
Hybrid in-office schedule: in the office 4 days a week
Compensation expected between $300k-$375k plus bonus
1950 billable target, including up to 100 pro bono hours
Qualifications
7+ years of litigation experience in an AmLaw firm or highly regarded boutique
Strong experience in Class Action or Labor and Employment matters
