Employment Litigation Associate Attorney
for a hybrid role with a nationally recognized law firm specializing in labor and employment law. The firm has over 600 attorneys across the U.S. and emphasizes innovation, client service, and a collaborative work environment.
Base pay range : $220,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception to resolution
Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare motions
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court and argue motions
Requirements
4-7 years of employment litigation experience
Prior defense experience required
Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
