Responsibilities

Ensure highest quality customer service and assist the maintenance team in keeping common areas near entrances and exits clean.

Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitate the expedient flow of traffic through the facility.

Assist customers in paying via fully automated revenue control equipment.

Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience.

Assist in the management of day‑to‑day activities at the assigned location.

Monitor parkers in pay‑in lanes and conduct facility audits as required by management.

Count revenue "banks" at the start of each shift to verify correct totals.

Provide change for customers when needed and quote parking rates.

Give directions to city locations and help customers get to their destinations quickly and easily.

Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.

Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously.

Maintain facility cleanliness and pick up surrounding trash.

Present a professional appearance in uniform and arrive to work on time for scheduled shifts.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

High‑school diploma or equivalent education and experience.

Experience with automated parking access‑control hardware and software or a strong aptitude for technology.

Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends as required.

Valid state‑issued driver’s license if the role includes driving company vehicles or business.

Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, make change, and use whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Language skills: reading, writing, and interpreting English; effective presentation to individuals or small groups.

Reasoning ability: applying common sense to perform detailed written or oral instructions; solving problems involving concrete variables.

Adaptability: ability to handle change, delays, or unexpected events.

Judgment: exhibit sound and accurate judgment.

Other abilities: use of clock, calculator, or credit‐card machine; maintain pleasant demeanor on telephone and with the public; proactive personal drive; willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Work Environment

Moderate to loud noise level.

Exposure to vehicle emissions (moderate to high).

Exposure to extreme hot/cold temperatures (moderate to high).

Operations subject to all weather conditions, including precipitation and wind.

Exposure to bright sunlight and nighttime conditions (high).

Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, and handling of objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; close vision required. Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities.

Salary Range $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
