From day one, interns work on meaningful business projects that support teams across our Support Centers in New York City and Atlanta, collaborating with leaders, partnering across functions, and seeing firsthand how ideas turn into action at a fast‑growing, guest‑focused company.
Program Details
*Program Dates:* June 9 – August 4 (8 weeks, 32 hours per week)
*Pay:* $25/hour
*Work Model:* Hybrid (Monday remote, Tuesday–Thursday in person)
*Eligibility:* Rising college juniors and seniors
*Location:* New York City Support Center
Project Title: * Digital Product Experience & Loyalty Analysis
*Pay Range:* $25.92 – $31.97
Responsibilities
Analyze customer behavior and product usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions and feature development.
Support the Sr. Product Manager, Loyalty with product‑related tasks including documentation, testing, and project coordination.

Shack visit & operational shadowing experience
Leadership conversations with senior leaders
Development workshops focused on leadership and communication skills
Cross‑functional cohort programming and collaboration
