Work Model: Hybrid (Monday remote, Tuesday–Thursday in person)

Location: New York City Support Center
Project Title: From Concept to Campaign — Creative Studio Experience
Responsibilities Support the development and execution of creative concepts for marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-restaurant channels
Help organize project workflows, timelines, and assets to keep creative projects on track from concept through launch
Assist the Creative Studio team in producing campaign materials by coordinating with cross-functional partners and preparing content for final delivery
Program Experience Intern Orientation & Cohort Kickoff
Intern Mixers and networking events
Shack visit & operational shadowing experience
Leadership conversations with senior leaders
Development workshops focused on leadership and communication skills
Cross-functional cohort programming and collaboration
Final project presentation & graduation event
