We’re hiring an Assistant Buyer, Paid Social Media to join our One Marketplace team. This role is a great fit for someone with a naturally curious mind, who is resourceful, loves numbers and has a genuine desire to build a career in paid social media.
Please note this role requires a candidate to have proximity to our NY office. We offer a hybrid work setting with employees working both onsite and from home. Assistants are in the office an average of two - three days a week for training, collaboration, and overall learning.
Responsibilities
Assist the team with identifying and managing paid social campaigns
Daily media campaign management across several social platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit
Strategize social media tactics, technology, and make budget recommendations
Utilize analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and provide creative optimizations
Troubleshoot issues and make recommendations
Requirements
3+ months of hands‑on experience in execution & optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus in Paid Social
Strong interest in the advertising, media planning/buying industry, and paid media
Analytical skills to interpret overall social performance and campaign performance beyond KPI limits of platforms
Passionate, resourceful, curious problem‑solver
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Enjoy working with data, numbers, especially via Microsoft Excel
Entrepreneurial attitude: excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas and opportunities
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Salary Salary range is $43k - $48k, commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
