Role
In this Manager level Product Manager role on the C.O.R.E. Product team, you will design and deliver best in class, innovative and data driven technology products that delight customers. We’re passionate about building platform software for the next generation of technologists at Capital One and are looking for someone excited to build tech platforms at scale.
Responsibilities
Own the overall process to drive a unified system of record across all Capital One Cloud, non-Cloud and Digital Assets utilizing a defined Asset repository
Support service mapping and dependencies in a structured CMDB, driving Request, Incident, Response, Change
Implement automated discovery (e.g., ServiceNow Discovery) to ensure Cloud, hardware and software match
Utilize data health dashboards to actively monitor data for orphan or stale data

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor\'s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master\'s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Compensation and Benefits
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon hours worked. This information is applicable to candidates hired to work within the listed locations and may vary by location.
Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
Plano, TX: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
