ERP Account Reconciliation Specialist II Duties

Configure, update, enhance and maintain the EPM account reconciliation module.

Works with business unit leaders to set up new reconciliations in the system.

Collaborates with business and ERP functional analysts to gather data requirements, reconciliation types, and necessary configurations to support new and existing reconciliations.

Understands and identifies how data changes can have a downstream impact; offers solutions as necessary for the ARCS reconciliation module.

Recognizes and addresses reconciliation errors, resolving them with the appropriate parties.

Recognizes issues as they arise, providing guidance for correction.

Provides design recommendations, budget governance, and configures the module to optimize information flows.

Serves as subject‑matter expert on the profitability module.

Work to add all of Clayton’s business units to utilize the profitability module.

Work with Business for Profitability Enhancements and test and evaluate monthly application updates.

Collaborates with the technology team on testing new system processes and post‑testing evaluations.

Responsible for evaluating, testing, implementing, and training on regular upgrades from the EPM provider.

Serves as backup for FCC business administration, supporting FCC configurations, data reconsolidations, mappings, and necessary rebuilds and updates.

Serves as backup for EPM Profitability and Cost Module business administration.

ERP Account Reconciliation Specialist II Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Business reconciliation and ERP financials experience a plus.

Audit/Accounting background preferred.

Ability to run queries in SQL.

Prior experience with automated reconciliations using SQL tools, Access, or a reconciliation system.

Oracle ARCs module experience a plus.

Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud financials modules and reporting tools.

Excellent organizational skills.

Highly detail‑oriented and analytical.

Ability to think outside the box and problem‑solve.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation Grade Pay Range
$87,935.00 - $109,920.00
