The Opportunity
We are seeking an
Associate Attorney
with real estate experience—or strong interest in real estate law—who wants to become a trusted advisor across multiple high-value practice areas.
This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys transactional work, client interaction, and business development. While real estate will be a primary focus, this is more than a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who is excited to help expand and elevate our real estate practice by strengthening referral relationships, enhancing the client experience, identifying growth opportunities, and helping us become the go-to closing and real estate counsel in the region.
You will receive mentorship, hands‑on training, and direct client opportunities. This is not a back‑room drafting role—it is a path toward becoming a highly capable, client‑facing counselor.
Primary Practice Areas
Real Estate Law (Primary Initial Focus)
Residential and commercial closings
Title review and curative matters
Purchase and sale contracts
Deeds, ownership transfers, refinancing matters
Investor transactions and 1031 exchanges
Wills and trusts
Powers of attorney and advance directives
Asset protection strategies
Estate and trust administration support
Business Law
LLCs and corporations
Buy‑sell planning
Contracts and negotiations
Business acquisitions and transitions
General counsel‑style advisory work

$85,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and production
