Responsibilities
Provide litigation services with a focus on commercial and real estate matters.
Engage in depositions and related litigation activities (no trial experience required, but depositions, etc., yes).
Requirements
At least 4 years of litigation experience.
Strong interest in real estate law and commercial litigation.
Compensation & Benefits
Relatively strict base salary of up to 150k (if you have no business of your own).
Bonuses throughout the year (based on team performance and potentially structured case management bonuses).
