Role Description
The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Haines City, FL. This position involves assisting clients in identifying their insurance needs and providing suitable solutions through our wide range of products. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, educating clients on coverage options, processing insurance applications, and meeting sales targets. In this role, you will work closely with a supportive team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the agency's growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets preferred
Proficiency in Customer Service and building lasting client relationships
Knowledge of Insurance products, Insurance Brokerage, and policy options preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
State insurance licensing or willingness to obtain required licenses
Ability to work on-site in Haines City, FL within Miracle Toyota Dealership
Experience with Allstate products or similar insurance providers is a plus
