About The Role

The Commissions Analyst executes accurate and timely commission calculations, performs data validations and reconciliations, delivers payee statements, and manages inquiries in line with SLAs. As part of a new team, this role helps build process documentation and contributes to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Validate sales transactions, hierarchies/territories, quotas, and exception inputs for assigned groups
Run calculations and reconcile outputs to source data, plan rules, and prior periods
Prepare payee statements, research issues, and resolve tickets/disputes within SLA
Maintain auditable documentation, checklists, and evidence artifacts
Support UAT test cases and data readiness checks during plan/policy changes
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to templates and checklists
Requirements

2-4 years in commissions, payroll operations, revenue operations, or similar
Proficient Excel; working SQL knowledge a plus; experience with a commissions platform (Xactly/Varicent/Spiff/CaptivateIQ/Anaplan)
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Pay Details

The base compensation range for this position is $73,950 – $110,055. This range reflects Acrisure’s good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
