About The Role
As Associate Director, End User Product Management, you’ll lead the strategy, evolution, and experience of the platforms our attorneys and business professionals rely on every day. This role sits alongside peer leaders in Enterprise Messaging Systems and Desktop Engineering & Practice Systems — and plays a pivotal role in defining the future of end user technology across the firm.
You’ll own a high-impact portfolio that includes iManage (document management), MoFo Connect (our intranet built on Infodash and SharePoint Online), and the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Program — our firmwide initiative to measure, understand, and continuously improve how people experience technology at work.
This is a role for a leader who thrives at both altitude and ground level. You’ll set product vision and roadmap, drive adoption and measurable improvements, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver meaningful outcomes. One moment you’re presenting strategy to firm leadership; the next, you’re guiding a team member through a complex stakeholder challenge or holding a vendor accountable to deliver.
If you’re energized by building better digital experiences, influencing at the highest levels, and leading with both strategy and execution — this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Drive firmwide adoption and integration of MoFo Connect with iManage and Microsoft 365 to deliver a seamless user experience
Own and evolve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Program, using data and user feedback to identify issues, drive improvements, and report measurable impact across the end user technology landscape
About You
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL, Microsoft 365, iManage) a plus
7-10 years of progressive experience in product management, IT systems, or related roles, with advancement into leadership
