About The Role

Join us in shaping the digital front door of the firm. In this role, you’ll help power MoFo Connect—our intranet built on Infodash within SharePoint Online—ensuring it remains accurate, intuitive, and valuable for attorneys and business professionals alike. Working closely with IT and content owners across the firm, you’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining and improving the platform, keeping content fresh, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall user experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to build product and platform expertise while serving as a key driver of day-to-day intranet quality and performance.
Platform Administration & Maintenance
Support day-to-day administration of MoFo Connect (SharePoint Online/Infodash), including page updates, navigation, permissions, and web part configuration
Partner with IT on site administration tasks, user access, and feature testing
Monitor site health and escalate content or technical issues as needed
Content Support & Coordination
Work with content owners across the firm to keep intranet content accurate and up to date
Create, publish, and maintain content following firm standards
Conduct regular content reviews and improve organization and tagging for searchability
User Support & Training
Serve as a primary contact for intranet questions and requests
Guide content owners on SharePoint/Infodash tools and best practices
Help develop user guides and training materials; escalate technical issues to IT
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Compile usage analytics and support reporting and planning
Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with intranet projects, site launches, and enhancements
About You

Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
2 years of experience with SharePoint Online or a similar intranet platform
Experience in content coordination, web publishing, or digital communications a plus
Exposure to a law firm or professional services environment is helpful but not required
Working knowledge of SharePoint Online (page editing, permissions, basic site administration)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Power Automate)
Comfortable using content management tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
Clear, professional communicator comfortable working with all levels of staff
Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-spotting instincts
Ability to manage a steady workflow in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, coachable, and eager to learn
