Compensation : $45K – 55K Base | $65K – $75K Expected OTE | Uncapped Commissions

Business Development Representative .
This will be an

entry-level

sales position, supporting the sales team with

high-volume ,

outbound cold calling , email, and social media outreach. Their primary responsibility is to conduct

outreach

and

generate interest , leading to product demonstration meetings with an Account Executive.
This will be an excellent

opportunity

for a

motivated

and

competitive

candidate to

gain sales experience . They will be provided with amazing

coaching

and

mentorship , along with future opportunities for

upward mobility

towards Account Executive positions.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
Identify and qualify new leads using internal tools and research
Build relationships with prospective clients
Generate and schedule qualified sales opportunities
Collaborate closely with sales leadership and account executives
Requirements

1+ years of sales experience – Cold Calling, Inside Sales, or Outside Sales experience
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in overcoming sales objections
Grit – Ability to handle rejections professionally and tactfully
Strong Communicator – Ability to build rapport quickly
Work Ethics – Ability to conduct high-volume cold calls
Drive & Ambition – Eager to learn and a desire for upward mobility
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
