About the Role

As the In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.
What You’ll Do

Run in-home sales appointments with pre-qualified leads
Use an iPad system to design and present bath solutions
Build rapport, present pricing, and close deals
Attend weekly sales training to sharpen your skills
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and presentation skills
Sales experience preferred (home improvement is a plus)
Reliable transportation
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Comfortable working on commission
