Digital Business Analyst
to define, document, and translate business needs into clear, delivery-ready requirements. This role is heavily focused on
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
and modular content enablement, ensuring workflows, metadata, and integrations are clearly defined for delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities Requirements Definition
Elicit and document business and functional requirements for DAM platforms
Define metadata standards, taxonomy, and content lifecycle processes
Translate epics into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives
Workflow & Process Design
Map end-to-end content workflows (intake, creation, approval, publishing, expiration)
Document current-state and future-state processes
Identify dependencies, constraints, and risks
Modular Content Enablement
Define structured content models including templates, modules, and components
Support versioning, updates, and QA processes
Integration & Activation
Define requirements for system integrations across platforms
Ensure governance rules for content usage, approvals, and expiration
Document compliance, traceability, and audit requirements
Delivery & Validation Support
Support backlog refinement with clear, actionable user stories
Collaborate with UX, architecture, and engineering teams
Assist with UAT and validate delivered functionality against requirements
Future Capabilities
Contribute to requirements for personalization, analytics, and automation initiatives
Support evolving digital capabilities and platform enhancements
Process maps and workflow documentation
User stories and acceptance criteria
Metadata and taxonomy documentation
UAT scenarios and validation artifacts
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise platforms
Strong experience with
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
or CMS platforms
Hands-on experience with
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
and Adobe Assets
Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow design
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Familiarity with metadata, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $60..00 - $65.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
