Responsibilities

Research new prospect dealerships and understand their needs to provide a customized onboarding experience

Effectively communicate the ACV advantage, key differentiators, and the value ACV adds to dealers

Speak with and motivate dealers and managers at dealerships

Walk dealers through the use of the ACV Auctions platform (app and desktop), our policies, and review best practices

Proactively communicate with new dealers via phone, email, and text/SMS

Collaborate with the Dealer Onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition of account information as the dealer moves to the next phase

Respond to leads and tasks in a timely fashion

Coordinate with the field sales organization and adjacent departments

Capture key contact and sales interaction information in Salesforce

Strive to meet and exceed all assigned Key Performance Indicator metrics

Perform other duties as assigned

What you will need

High school diploma or GED – required

4 year / Bachelor’s degree – preferred

2 years of Telesales in a B2B environment

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Reliable self-starter attitude capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment

Desire to take initiative and deliver value to customers while achieving results

Call center experience or relevant sales experience is a plus

Direct selling of commodity
on-commodity products or consultative sales background considered

Team player and adaptable

A history of winning awards for being awesome in some way

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Sense of urgency and self-motivation

Compensation
$20.00 per hour. At target performance, eligible to earn up to $2,000 in additional monthly compensation pursuant to ACV’s incentive compensation plan. Final compensation determined based on experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
