Regional Senior BCBA
BlueSprig is seeking a
Regional Senior BCBA
to provide hands‑on clinical support across multiple centers (Katy, Energy Corridor, Kingwood, The Woodlands). In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining excellence in ABA therapy while mentoring and collaborating with fellow clinicians. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy variety in your work, this opportunity is for you!
Total Annual Compensation Up to $108,000
Base Salary $88,000‑$90,000
Annual Individual Bonus $7,000‑$18,000 (paid monthly)
