Enterprise Business Analyst

Seeking a Business Analyst to support large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a centralized delivery team. This role focuses on gathering requirements, improving business processes, and supporting system-related projects while partnering with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
Gather and translate business needs into structured requirements
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to support project delivery
Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements
Support system evaluation, selection, and implementation efforts
Contribute to planning, testing, and rollout activities
Work within both iterative and structured project environments
Qualifications
Several years of experience in business analysis
Experience supporting organization-wide or multi-team initiatives
Experience with software selection and enterprise system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR systems, or similar platforms)
Familiarity with process mapping, requirements documentation, and data analysis
Exposure to project delivery tools and collaborative platforms
