Business Analyst - Enterprise Delivery
to support enterprise initiatives by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful delivery.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical, collaborative professional who thrives on bringing clarity to complex initiatives and partnering across business and technology teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes
Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements aligned with enterprise initiatives
Translate business needs into structured deliverables such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts across systems and teams
Act as a liaison between business units, IT, compliance, and operations
Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decision-making
Support prioritization efforts by clarifying scope, effort, and business value
Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to ensure continuity from requirements through delivery
Assist in developing business cases, including expected outcomes, benefits, and risks
Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational considerations are incorporated into solutions
Continuously refine requirements as initiatives evolve
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
3-7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role
Experience working across business and technology teams in a cross-functional environment
Financial services, banking, or mortgage industry experience preferred
Strong ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
