Marketing Operations Coordinator (Contract) – Top Financial Services Company
We’re working with a leading financial services company seeking a
Marketing Coordinator
to support brand and marketing operations across internal platforms and tools. This is a
12-month contract at $33/hr ,
hybrid 3x/week onsite in McLean, Richmond, or NYC , with the potential to convert full-time for the right fit.
This role sits at the intersection of
marketing, operations, and platform administration , supporting brand teams and agency partners to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient collaboration.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and maintain the
Content Management System (CMS)
for the Brand Portal
Serve as the main point of contact for
Brand Portal users , handling inquiries and identifying opportunities for improvement
Manage
user access and permissions , including Figma guest access and reporting support
Own setup and administration of
external collaboration tools
(Google Drive, Slack channels) for agency and partner use
Act as administrator for
stock photography platforms
(Getty, Adobe Stock, etc.)
Support documentation, reporting, and overall platform organization across marketing tools
What they’re looking for
Experience in
marketing operations, platform administration, or IT support
within a marketing/creative environment
Hands-on experience working with
CMS platforms
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and requests simultaneously
Comfortable working across tools like
Figma, DAM systems (Bynder or similar), Google Drive, Slack
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Experience with
digital asset management (DAM) systems
Exposure to stock platforms like
Getty or Adobe Stock
Technical or systems-oriented background
