Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for an Order Management & Customer Experience Specialist. The role involves managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accurate, timely delivery, and addressing customer inquiries about product availability, issues, returns, deliveries, or complaints. Responsibilities include maintaining positive customer relationships, monitoring inventory supply, resolving order-related concerns, and providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the logistics, sales, and customer support teams to streamline operations.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Order Management and Order Processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling transactions.
Experience in the use of order processing platforms (SPS, SAP, etc.)
Strong Analytical Skills to monitor inventory, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes
Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
Excellent Customer Service skills for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and ensuring a positive engagement
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Fluency in both English and Spanish. (Dealing with the US chain companies)
Previous experience in order management or customer service roles
