Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Relationship Manager at the VP level for their CRE space!
Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate clients
Prospect and promote new business while expanding existing relationships
Structure, evaluate, and negotiate lending transactions
Perform financial analysis and prepare credit applications
Lead due diligence and complete KYC and compliance requirements
Manage deals through approval, closing, and funding
Monitor portfolio performance, risk ratings, and covenant compliance
Identify and escalate credit risks; take action on underperforming loans
Coordinate with credit, legal, treasury, and other internal teams
Maintain client communication and deliver solutions based on client needs
Qualifications
5-7 years experience minimum working in CRE Credit experience
Experience in client acquisition and relationship management skills across corporate clients/trusts
