Portfolio Manager

Join Associated Bank as a Portfolio Manager supporting Commercial Real Estate clients through credit analysis, portfolio management, and relationship support. You'll play a key role in evaluating loan opportunities, managing risk, and contributing to client growth. This role offers strong exposure to complex deals and opportunities to develop leadership and credit expertise. Key Accountabilities

Analyze borrower financials, property performance, and market data to evaluate new and existing loan opportunities Manage portfolio risk by monitoring loan performance and ensuring accurate, timely risk ratings Partner with Relationship Managers to support client relationships and deliver responsive service Prepare clear, comprehensive credit presentations and approval materials Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures Monitor repayment activity, covenant compliance, and overall financial condition of borrowers Support due diligence and underwriting for new client opportunities and transactions Contribute to special projects and mentor junior team members as needed Education & Experience

Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or credit analysis 4+ years managing or analyzing complex credit transactions Preferred: 3+ years in sales or business development 1+ year of formal credit training CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why You'll Love Working Here

Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. $83,580.00 - $143,280.00 per year
