Business Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

Lead large scale client business development, delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry - Bio Pharma.

Drive account growth strategy by identifying white-space opportunities, expanding service lines, achieving YoY revenue and margin targets.

Build and nurture C-level client relationships (Technology & Business teams), acting as a trusted advisor to enable digital transformation and long-term strategic partnerships.

Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Qualifications

Strategic business partnering, stakeholder and executive relationship management, demand and portfolio alignment, financial governance, and cross‑functional leadership in a client environment.

Graduate or Postgraduate degree

10+ years’ experience with 1-2 plus years in sales roles

Strong record of growing IT + BPS services in global pharma accounts.

At least managed 3+ MN annual revenue

Salary Range: 113,900-176,600 a year
