Responsibilities
Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations
Ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state, and infection control standards
Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff
Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms and common areas
Manage inventory of supplies and linens within budget
Address resident and family concerns promptly
Support survey readiness and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; related certification preferred
2–3 years supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care housekeeping
Knowledge of infection control, sanitation standards, and laundry operations
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
