Business Development Center (BDC) Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center. The ideal candidate will oversee customer outreach, drive appointment generation, and ensure exceptional customer service standards. This role requires a leader who can manage a team, improve processes, and contribute to the overall success of both dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and train BDC representatives to meet dealership goals and provide outstanding customer service.
Develop and implement effective phone, email, and text communication strategies to engage with prospective and existing customers.
Oversee and monitor lead management processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM entries.
Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and coordination.
Analyze BDC performance metrics and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
Maintain a positive and professional team environment to encourage high morale and performance.
Stay informed about dealership promotions, incentives, and inventory to communicate effectively with customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a BDC or customer service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and dealership management software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
