Summer Camp Director: Lead a Positive Team & Impact Youth

YMCA of Collier County in Naples is seeking a Summer Camp Site Supervisor who will lead the summer camp program for children in grades K-8. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing camp operations, ensuring compliance with YMCA standards and DCF regulations, and providing direction to Program Counselors. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid Driver’s License, and have CPR/First Aid certification. Supervisory experience and a degree in Early Childhood Education are preferred.
