Responsibilities
Complete a 5‑day intensive classroom style training on design and drafting, followed by in‑home selling training.
Attend scheduled appointments and continue field training during the first three months.
Work one evening per week and every third Saturday.
Maintain a minimum closing ratio to secure a full schedule of appointments.
Generate and manage leads, with an investment of approximately $5,000 per month per designer.
Target sales performance of $3,000–$4,000 per month after three months, $5,000–$7,000 after one year, with top designers earning $80K–$100K per year.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license (required).
Residence in or willingness to relocate to Lakeland, FL 33801 (required).
Ability to commute and relocate before starting work (required).
