Pearland Soccer Club is looking for a Boys Competitive Program Coordinator in Pearland, Texas. This full-time role involves overseeing the coaching and player development within the Boys Competitive pathway, leading multiple teams, and ensuring alignment with the club's methodology. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills and a USSF 'B' License or equivalent, with experience in youth soccer settings preferred. Flexibility with scheduling is required, as evenings and weekends may be necessary.
