We are looking for someone to join our Activations Team who loves providing excellent client service and helping to develop awesome activations for the ESSENCE Ventures portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities

Manage a select number of sponsor accounts and experiences with post-sale execution of Festival sponsorship benefits

Create a sponsor kick-off deck that includes a final deliverable checklist

Initiate and lead all assigned sponsor kick-off calls and weekly status calls

Maintain and oversee assigned sponsor deliverable fulfillment tracking and manage all documentation and timelines

Manage the fulfillment of all sponsor benefits pre-, during-, and post-the 2026 Event (eg. ad/promotion, tickets, on-site signage/collateral, displays, etc.) against sponsor contracts

Collaborate with internal and external teams related to the fulfillment of sponsor contracted deliverables (eg. activation, program development, etc)

Develop and create sponsor activation overview deck ahead of 2026 Event for Senior Leadership team

Enforce sponsorship policies/standards (e.g. use of Festival marks, sponsor recognition, etc.)

Attend weekly status calls and provide reporting status updates to Sponsor Activation Lead, Marketing Activation Operations Lead, and Experience Leads

Requirements

A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in sponsorship, marketing/advertising, or events

Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills

Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
