As a part‑time Senior Brand Ambassador, you live the brand each day, creating an amazing shopping experience for every guest and representing AEO's values.
Your Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find what they seek with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist the team to keep the job getting done.
Act with integrity, following all AEO policies & procedures.

You have previous retail experience.
