Role Overview
As a part‑time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, ensuring every customer has an amazing shopping experience, building brand loyalty, and representing company values.
Your Responsibilities
Engage every guest with the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for using a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
Work flexibly across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist team members to accomplish daily tasks.
Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people.
Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience.
At least 18 years of age.
