Brand Marketing & Communications Associate
to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and representing client brands with professionalism inside retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to stay up-to-date on client products, services, and promotions
Communicate product value clearly and confidently during
face-to-face customer interactions
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
Present tailored service recommendations based on customer needs
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience
Represent client brands with a high level of professionalism in a retail setting
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, marketing, or retail preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in
face-to-face, sales-focused environments
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative mindset
High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence
