TriMkt is hiring a Marketing Communications Associate to support the execution of marketing campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and business development initiatives.
This is an entry level position designed for early career professionals seeking hands on experience in marketing, communications, sales, and business development. No prior experience required as we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
Engage with customers in a face-to-face, retail environment to promote products and services
Support campaign strategy, product positioning, and promotional initiatives
Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, leadership)
Represent client brands professionally at events and retail activations
Track performance and contribute to campaign optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Internship or experience in sales, retail, customer service, or marketing is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally
