Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), General Counsel & Corporate Secretary (GC) and the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Key Responsibilities
Provide a high level of administrative support including receiving, screening and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing mail and e‑mail correspondence, and reporting
Ensure all stakeholders are informed of commitments, issues, and opportunities
Manage calendars for the CFO, GC, and CHRO including informing them on commitments, arranging business travel and coordinating meeting preparations
Act as a liaison with the Executive Leadership Team and employees and ensure the CFO, GC, and CHRO are informed of any issues or opportunities
Ensure all appropriate briefing materials are developed, packaged and sent to the Board of Directors with timeliness and quality in mind.

Minimum Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
5‑10 years’ relevant experience required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Physical Requirements And Working Environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
