UX Copywriter opportunity
Our client is looking for a UX Copywriter or Content Designer to strategically craft customer‑facing surfaces. You will shape the narrative of our client’s digital products, ensuring all interactions—from a high‑stakes seller flow to a one‑time tooltip—are clear, concise, and useful. This role sits within the client’s UX Design team and requires collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Brand to reduce friction, build trust, and guide customers.

Contract Duration
6 months plus

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience writing customer experiences for digital products.

Proficiency in Figma, working directly with UX Designers and Product Managers to map out user flows, wireframes, and designs.

A strong portfolio demonstrating how your copy and work solved specific user challenges.

Strategic thinking: ability to explain copy choices based on data, best practices, or user psychology.

High attention to detail: commitment to flawless execution.

Proactive mindset: self‑driven to identify and act on needed tasks.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with localization and global products.

Experience with UX research.

Strong interest in seller marketplaces.

What You Will Be Doing

Contribute to the end‑to‑end customer experience with tactical content.

Microcopy mastery: create clear functional copy for UI components (buttons, error messages, notifications).

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing and Brand to bring the client’s voice to life.

Advocate for users: use data and research to understand pain points, anticipate frustration, and guide users through copy.

Ensure content is accessible and inclusive, meeting WCAG standards and championing inclusive language.
