What Will You Be Doing The Provider Relations Specialist contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, provider training and project coordination throughout the process and full cycle scope of services in coordination and billing. The incumbent will be responsible for providing Provider Relations administrative support and coordination of associated documentation for all DME & Home Health downstream providers of our portfolio of business.
What You Need To Succeed
Minimum of a Associates Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Network Development and/or Provider Relations. Two (2) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.

Ability to handle conflict and diffuse confrontational situations. Demonstrate accountability and dependability
Effective interpersonal skills characterized by articulateness, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade and motivate others
