Following a recent period of operational refinement, the organization is now focused on sales-driven growth across its Mississippi market.
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to support the expansion of the ambulatory infusion center business across Mississippi. This is a field-based, territory sales role responsible for developing and managing referral relationships with prescribers and healthcare providers.
The Account Executive will focus on both new business development and ongoing account management, with success measured by referral volume and growth of patient placements into ambulatory infusion services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers across the assigned Mississippi territory
Drive new patient referrals into ambulatory infusion centers
Maintain and expand existing accounts to increase referral consistency and volume
Conduct regular in-person sales calls and territory visits to prescribers and referral sources
Educate providers on appropriate site-of-care options across infusion services
Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and placement
Achieve referral-based performance targets tied to commission compensation structure
Maintain strong territory management and pipeline development discipline
Target Profile / Experience
3 to 5 years of sales experience preferred
Background in pharmaceutical sales, specialty pharmacy, or infusion services
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prescribers and clinical decision-makers
Existing relationships within the Mississippi healthcare market is highly desirable
Strong track record of territory-based sales success and new business development
