Schedule: Monday Friday 7a-5p (1 hour break + OT pay) Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour based on experience Get hired directly Great benefits

Job Description for Customer Service Representative:
Work on-site in the store front/ service center
Promptly greet any walk-in customers
Promptly answer phones
Process customer sales
Demonstrate welding - industry knowledge to best assist customer needs and make recommendations based on needs
Build a strong rapport to encourage return customers
Safely load products onto trailers and customer transport vehicles
Data entry
Perform basic arithmetic
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
Ability to lift minimally 75lbs independently
High school education or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus)
Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus
Inside sales experience preferred such as upselling/suggestive selling within call center or retail environment
2 years of customer service experience
Must have welding product knowledge or excitement around learning about the industry
