Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. This is a fully remote, long-term contract role working with US-based stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions (PPM, Demand, Project, Portfolio)
Configure and customize modules, workflows, and integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Develop scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer)
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs
Perform data migration, reporting, and dashboard creation
Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-PPM/SPM)
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Performance Analytics
Prior experience in enterprise-scale implementations
