Summary:
This role is responsible for leading large-scale process improvement initiatives across multiple operational locations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, product quality, and overall performance. The individual works closely with site leadership and cross-functional partners to implement structured improvement frameworks and reinforce a results-driven culture. Responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies, improving process consistency, and strengthening problem-solving capabilities across the organization. This position also plays a key role in driving change, developing team capabilities, and ensuring long-term sustainability of improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes improvement initiatives aligned with broader operational and business goals
Collaborates with site leadership and functional teams to assess performance gaps and implement corrective actions
Leads improvement efforts such as process evaluations, workshops, and targeted initiatives to enhance safety, quality, throughput, and cost efficiency
Provides coaching and guidance on process improvement tools, standardization practices, and structured problem-solving approaches
Promotes accountability by identifying process variation and supporting follow-up actions to address root causes
Identifies opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and requirements
Utilizes operational data and key performance indicators to monitor progress and communicate outcomes
Encourages engagement and adoption of continuous improvement practices across teams and locations
Oversees team development, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management as applicable
Supports additional initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, operations, or business, or equivalent practical experience
Several years of experience in a manufacturing or operational setting, including direct involvement in process improvement initiatives
Experience working across multiple locations or business units is beneficial
Background in industrial or production environments is preferred

Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with operational metrics, cost structures, and performance management

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Experience supporting organizational change and fostering team adoption of new processes
