As a Route Sales Representative Trainee, you can earn up to $65,000 per year in total compensation, including competitive pay of $24 per hour and an assortment of earning opportunities daily overtime, on-call overtime, re-signs, bonuses, and stipends. You can also earn sales commissions on companion products sold once you are assigned a route. What You'll Do: As a Route Sales Representative Trainee, you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our growth. Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing commercial dish machines and related equipment. Training customers on the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products. Delivering and picking up chemical products as scheduled. Building strong relationships with customers and decision-makers. Handling emergency service calls (on-call rotation). Promoting companion products and services to help our customers succeed. Collecting payments and following up on account balances. Supporting contract renewals and price adjustments. What We're Looking For: Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years. Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. Mechanical aptitude and/or driving experience is a plus. Willingness to climb stairs, enter kitchens, and work in tight spaces. Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
