What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions)
Responsible for ensuring the
continuous flow of jobs and components across departments , from release through completion. This role acts as the operational bridge between Engineering, Planning, and Production.
Job Release & System Setup
Receive Engineering release packages
Create routers and travelers in ERP
Build BoM structures in PSS
Distribute documentation across departments: Machine Shop, Procurement, Additive Manufacturing, HW Kitting
Production Flow Management
Ensure parts move between departments without delay
Monitor WIP across all work centers
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in real time
Maintain visibility of job status vs plan
Expediting
Actively follow-up on priority jobs
Coordinate with departments to keep schedule adherence
Escalate risks impacting delivery timelines
WIP Coordination
Partner with Materials Coordinator for WIP accuracy
Ensure jobs are not sitting idle due to process gaps
Communication & Alignment
Update planning boards / PSS status (job-level)
Communicate priorities to production teams
Serve as a daily point of contact for execution issues
Success Metrics
On-time job movement between operations
Reduction in idle WIP time
Schedule adherence (%)

ERP/MRP systems experience
Strong coordination and communication skills

Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
1–5 years of relevant experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment

Pay range: $24.04 - 31.25/ hour, with compensation determined by qualifications, experience, and alignment with the local market for the position.
Work Environment And Physical Requirements
This role operates within a manufacturing environment where exposure to loud noise, chemicals, moving machinery, and other occupational hazards may occur. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and protective footwear, is provided by the Company and must be worn as required. The position may require standing or walking for extended periods, occasional lifting (up to 25–50 pounds), and the ability to inspect products and equipment at close range. Use of computers and standard laboratory or testing equipment is required. The role may also involve entering production areas where temperature variations, airborne particulates, and moderate noise levels are present.
